Newly started lanai SFG looking for seed/plant exchange
Hi all,
Just moved here and started a mini-jungle on my lanai. Have several different seed packs, but would like to try to do an exchange with someone in a similar situation.
I will never get through any of the packs and would love a few different seeds to try if someone else has extras. Help get everyone variety and don't want to waste seeds--packs are too big for one person!
Have:
*long purple eggplant
*No Ka Oi lettuce mix
*Little Gem lettuce heads
*Chinese Okra
*Clearly Pink tomatoes
*Starfruit tiny seedlings
Interested in:
*other eggplant
*dwarf tomatoes
*sweet/bell peppers--really any peppers that aren't spicy
*non-Chinese Okra (couldn't find this anywhere on Oahu!!!)
*bok choi
*cabbages
*seedlings: any dwarf varieties of fruit, breadfruit
*dragonfruit
*anything that can be grown on a lanai
I can meet most places on Oahu and at the airport for other islands. Please let me know if you're interested.
Thanks!

Lanai Growing Tips
Hi,
I am in Honolulu and interested in vegetable growing on a Lanai.
Can you tell me what kind of boxes you used and offer any tips?
Thanks in advance

I've often seen that seed growers on the mainland aren't allowed to send certain ones to Hawaii. If you are on the mainland, you might want to check the postal rules on mailing seeds before shipping.
