Happy July, everyone! How's your garden doing? If it's anything like around here, it's exploding!

But if you haven't started yet, it's NOT too late to get a harvest! Gardenate tells us we can sow these items:

Beans - climbing (also Pole beans, Runner beans, Scarlet Runners) Sow seed Harvest from October

Celery Sow seed Harvest from December

Chinese cabbage (also Wong bok, wong nga pak) Start undercover in seed trays and plant out in 4-6 weeks Harvest from October

Mustard greens (also gai choy) Start undercover in seed trays and plant out in 4-6 weeks Harvest from September

Okra (also Ladyfinger, gumbo) Sow seed Harvest from November

Rocket (also Arugula/Rucola) Sow seed Harvest from September

Sweet corn (also maize) Sow seed Harvest from November

It's also time to be seriously thinking about our fall gardens. What do YOU plan to grow?

Sure! And you can actually re-grow it from the store-bought stuff... Leave the roots & about an inch or so of stalks. Put it in some water like an avocado seed. Nice sunny window...

Suz, didn't you do this?
