Is Mel's Mix not being sold in 2020
I can't seem to find anyone selling Mel's Mix on line in 2020. Is the only option I have is to make my own?

Re: Is Mel's Mix not being sold in 2020
Hi Robert, welcome to the forum from Ohio! No one is currently selling the Mel's Mix commercially, so the only option right now is to make it from the basic ingredients.
"In short, the soil food web feeds everything you eat and helps keep your favorite planet from getting too hot. Be nice to it." ~ Diane Miessler, "Grow Your Soil"
Re: Is Mel's Mix not being sold in 2020
Robert the reason no one sells Mel's Mix is that there so many different combinations you could have to get the generic well composted balanced growth medium that bears his name , " Mel's Mix ".
Mel in his second book ( details in my strap line ) points out that whilst he offers a few material to get a quality growth medium the list is very large .
Look up , " Cornell Universitity 18 day hot composting method " and in the pages of it are massive lists of compostable materials .
