Home Depot site lists 2 products. The one that "floats" lightly on the plants is Harvest Guard 10x 15 ft. It sounds similar to Agribon.
I see that the burlap has been re-purposed. Along with that re-purposed "top", it should help the plants without baking them during the day, especially if you remove the blue top.

Yep. Tops off. Burlap will stay until after Wednesday, when I will be putting the blue top back on. We had a very light frost last night. Got to 37. Everything looks ok out there including the tom and cuke plants that weren’t covered at all on the other end of the bed. Wednesday night they are predicting 39. I’m going to wait until either a hard freeze or when the daytime temps stay under 50 to call it.
