Mountains and High Plains Average Frost Dates
The Mountains and High Plains region covers such a vast area with many different micro climates. I have posted some of the states within the region and links for the average first and last frost dates. Keep in mind, your exact region may not be represented. This is just an attempt to give you a general idea.

I love Jackson Hole, WY so I looked there out of curiosity.
Did you see the first and last frost dates for Jackson, WY ? There is a span of 3 days!
